Quite logical were the predictions regarding our apartment in the future, and which are beginning to come true before our eyes.

As you probably noticed, the trend towards rationality, multifunctionality and geometric severity of lines is becoming increasingly apparent in the modern interior. Elements of luxury in the interior go unnoticed into the past.

What science fiction writers saw as the apartments of the future, many of us know from their works and films. But how it comes true today, you will learn and see by reading this article.

For clarity, we will take a small apartment with a modern layout, consisting of a living room, bedroom, dining room, lobby, bathroom, dressing room.

Kitchen-dining room

This room, perhaps more than other rooms, is influenced by the modern trend. With all the abundance of all kinds of kitchen appliances, you will hardly see them in it. Most appliances are built into kitchen furniture. The furniture itself is a kind of transformer.

For example, a dining table. Instead of chairs near it are sofas that are in the initial state pushed under the table. If necessary, these sofas easily extend into a "working" state.

The dining table itself is also made with a "twist". Thanks to its special design, it is easily adjustable in height.

Looking at him, you won’t think that there are boxes inside him. But the most amazing thing is that they are put forward with the help of the built-in automation in the table - I pressed the button of the remote control located below the table and the contents of these boxes are at your service. What is not a scene from a science fiction film.

Bedroom

The next amazing room of the transforming apartment is the bedroom.

You are surprised, trying to find a bedroom in the photo and its first sign - a bed. But in the background there really is a bedroom. And the whole trick is that the main feature of the bedroom is the bed, built into the wall. If necessary, the bed is easily brought into a "working" state from a folded intra-wall state.

As you noticed, the interior doors in the apartment, as such, do not exist in principle.

The bedroom, if necessary, is closed by a partition, which has a design that allows it to simultaneously perform several functions.

The bedroom is missing the usual furniture. But you can’t do without it. And here there was a place for her, while no additional space was required. Everything compactly fit in a niche for a bed.

Living room

The living room, in view of its status as a relaxation room and meetings with guests, looks modest, but it also has its own surprises, significant and not very.

Of course, the guests will be surprised when you invite them to watch a movie, especially with a fantastic plot, but they will not see the TV anywhere. When, having covered the bedroom with a movable partition and clicking the remote control, you turn on the screen of the TV built into this partition, there will be no limit to their delight.

The furniture available in the living room, presented in a rather modest amount, also has its own “secrets”, although they are not so spectacular, but effective. Drawers built into the sofa will come in handy for storing linen and other things, including kitchen items (due to the small area, the living room and kitchen are combined in one space).

Bathroom

The interior of the bathroom does not betray the presence of any cabinets, drawers or other attributes of the bathroom.

However, if you try, you can find in it a lot of useful things for the bathroom.

Wardrobe

The interior of the dressing room should not depart one iota from the principle of a transformer apartment - everything you need is there, but it is hidden from prying eyes.

Like a bathroom, all lockers, hangers, drawers are built into the wall. Very comfortably.

Hallway

The entrance hall has always been the hallmark of the owner of the apartment. The most suitable element of its interior would be a library. Seeing her, the guest immediately imbued with respect for you. You just have to confirm it by showing your erudition.

In order not to violate the general concept of the interior, you will have to place the library on shelves built into the wall. But here you can surprise your guest by hiding the library behind the same movable wall with which you covered the bedroom and on which a science fiction film was shown.

Of course, a small apartment in which the interior is subordinate to one idea - to make the space of this apartment as free as possible, and at the same time have everything you need in it, is not a dream for a person, even a fan of science fiction.
